The ending of Anne Frank's diary
I think that this story book has a bad ending. Anne has written everything down in her diary, her frustrations, her honest feelings and especially her life. She has to share a same room with Mr. Dussel and tolerate his lectures. She has to be confined in the Secret Annex for about two years for fear of being found out. Anne has no friends, since most of them were captured. She also had to stand her mother’s and Mrs Van Daan’s incessant quarrelling. The people in the Annex live in fear all the time, with many bombs dropping around them and the sounds of gunshots. I feel that Anne should have survived after suffering much hardship. It is a pity that she did not survive after all that she had went through because her perseverance and fighting spirit went down the drain.
